Dismantling the School to Prison Pipeline

Committee Democrats are committed to pursuing policies that will dismantle the Cradle-to-Prison Pipeline. To be successful, it will require meaningful changes to both our education and juvenile justice systems. This includes passing legislation to support states and their prevention and intervention efforts, and reducing the overuse of discipline practices.
